Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched in 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 days to major cities and up to 10-14 days for more remote areas. Your order can be tracked.
Your order items will be wrapped with protective materials and well-packed in secure boxes. A Packing Slip listing the products and quantities will be included inside (Not include the price).
Your order is shipped from Hong Kong via registered airmail with a tracking number. We will upload the tracking number and tracking URL for your information. or Please just contact us via Email.
Q. Will there be any taxes/customs duties?

Some destinations are included in the orders and calculated at checkout. but some are NOT. If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by Email us within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by Our Customer Services. please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund to your account.
Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
